We scan websites for accessibility issues, fix issues we find at the code level, and provide documentation of the work. A free scan produces an informational report. Paid engagements are scoped in a separate agreement or quote.

Scan results and reports are provided for information only. They are not a legal opinion or a certification. Automated scanning surfaces many issues but not all of them; thorough review includes manual testing. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Our fixes address the specific issues identified during our work and are documented accordingly. They are not a guarantee against all accessibility issues or against any claim, demand letter, or lawsuit. We do not promise that your site is or will be “compliant.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoveredSite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
